Served - is a well established and popular independent coffee shop in the heart of Wimbledon. It's a stone's throw from Wimbledon mainline station (SW19 7NE). We serve artisan coffee and delicious juices, shakes and freshly baked goods. With further exciting plans for more sites to be rolled out across London in the coming years!

Job Summary:
Position title: Assistant General Manager
Reports to: General Manager
As an Assistant General Manager, you are responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the coffee shop ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the coffee shop. You are expected to have a full overview of thew coffee shop and lead your team members ensuring efficient workflows, great customer experiences, and high-quality products.
Your overall success in this position depends on the degree to which you are able to manage day to day, lead, develop, and retain a highly engaged team.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar management role
Experience in managing of a team of 6-8
Excellent interpersonal skills
Motivated to become a people centric manager
